Fighting with this character: Yes, but be warned that Raleigh is a high-level martial artist with a lot of training and unless you're on a similar level/supernatural there's a good chance he can kick your ass.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sure but anything more than a few bruises or cuts needs to be cleared by me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: The first thing someone will notice upon reading Raleigh's mind is that there's a lot of trauma there from the SPOILER.
